Business Development Manager Bracknell/Hybrid - Up to £28k basic + uncapped commission

We re partnering with a thriving software business in the heart of Bracknell. Due to rapid growth, they re on the lookout for an ambitious Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their close-knit, energetic team.

Your mission? Generate leads, schedule product demos, and close deals in this fast-paced, targeted B2B environment. If you thrive on the thrill of outbound sales, this role is for you.

To set you up for success, you ll start on soft targets in your first six months, earning commission as you settle into the role because your growth matters.

• Proactively generate leads using platforms like LinkedIn & cold calling
• Pitch software solutions via online demos and phone calls
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and targets
• Collaborate with your team to share ideas and improve results
• Earn commission during your training period while honing your skills

• B2B sales experience is essential
