We re recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for a dedicated and driven Sales Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is sales-motivated, confident in a client-facing role, and enjoys building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Register applicants and their specific property requirements onto the CRM.
Match buyers to suitable properties and respond to all queries promptly by phone or email, maintaining detailed records.
Arrange and accompany viewings, ensuring feedback is gathered and shared.
Arrange valuation appointments and manage all related documentation and diaries.
Maintain regular contact with vendors, providing updates on property interest and activity.
Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for vendors.
Ensure all marketing materials are kept current, including mailing lists and property imagery.
Progress sales from offer to exchange, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, buyers, and sellers.
Support business development by identifying new opportunities such as solicitor referrals, premium listings, and canvassing for new instructions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and competition.
Requirements:
Previous experience in estate agency is ideal but not essential.
Sales driven and motivated.
Proactive and confident in a client-facing role.
Positive, can-do attitude.
