Location: Chepstow (1 day in the office, 4 days on the road covering the South Region)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus Structure

About the Opportunity:
Are you a driven and motivated sales professional with a hunger to succeed?

We are working with a leading supplier of non-ferrous metals who is looking for a passionate and ambitious External Sales Representative to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales drive, whether you're new to the industry or looking to make your mark in a new sector.

The role offers the chance to work 1 day a week in the office in Chepstow, with the remaining 4 days spent on the road, covering the South Region and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the non-ferrous metals sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
• Present and sell a wide range of non-ferrous metals to new and existing customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product offerings to provide customers with the best solutions.

What the Client Is Looking For:

• A driven sales personality with the motivation to succeed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Positive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential we re looking for the right attitude!
• Full UK driving license required, as the role involves significant travel across the region.
