Your Role:
As a key member of our dynamic Operations Department, you'll leverage your proven sales expertise to manage inbound service inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate our service offerings will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Proactively manage inbound service inquiries and consistently achieve booking targets.
Expert Consultation: Provide clear and accurate information about Aspect's services, pricing, and scheduling.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Customer Resolution: Assist with resolving customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
Operational Support: Support tradespeople and assist with payment chasing.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 3 years of demonstrable sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for job booking, customer management, and record keeping.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of inquiries.
