Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to implement effective sector sales strategies
Engage with clients of all sizes across multiple sales channels
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the training sector
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Provide insightful market feedback to inform product development and service improvements
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the training or education sector
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of the UK training landscape is advantageous
