Our client is a fast growing Tech company who offer IT & Comms support to business UK wide. They currently have a position available for a Sales Account Manager at their Pencoed site.
Main duties:
Desk manage a portfolio of business accounts
Develop and maintain relationships with your client base
Conduct quarterly product portfolio reviews
Maximise retention
Deliver gross profit and monthly recurring revenue targets
Regularly analyse customer product penetration and identify opportunities through product gap analysis
Forecast, track and report on key account metrics
To apply:
Proven sales and relationship management experience
Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle
Technical proficiency

This is a full time, permanent role. The hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. This is a Head Office role, candidates wishing to apply must be available to work in the office during these times. This position does not offer hybrid or remote working.
