This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment and has experience in a commercial recruitment environment, knows the logistics of the local market and London, and who wants to purely focus on business development and client acquisition. About the Role: As a Recruitment Business Development Manager, your role will be to develop new client relationships, grow existing accounts, and generate revenue through proactive sales efforts. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities and creating tailored recruitment solutions for clients across various sectors. Your success will be driven by your ability to meet and exceed targets, build long-term partnerships, and keep a close eye on market trends. You will be working in a flexible, hybrid role, with the option to work remotely and some travel for client meetings, depending on your targets.
