MRO Internal Sales

HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for an Internal Sales person to join our well-established and expanding team based at our AMS branch in Derby.

About the role:

As our Internal Sales person you will be working in a busy distribution environment, entering sales orders, progressing purchase orders with suppliers and progressing quotes with customers, as well as performing general office admin tasks.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities as our Internal Sales person will include:

• Entering Sales Orders
• Progressing purchase orders with suppliers
• Progressing Quotes with Customers
• Answering telephone sales calls
• General office admin tasks

Skills we're looking for in our Internal Sales person:

• Knowledge within the MRO industry (essential)
• High attention to detail
• Professional telephone and email etiquette
• Experience in working with suppliers and customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Good IT skills, especially in Office 365
