B2B Telesales Representative Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Make outbound calls to potential customers (BtB) to introduce and sell products/services
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
The ideal B2B Telesales Representative will have / be:
Previous experience in a sales / business development / telesales
