A UK-leading manufacturer is looking for a talented individual to manage and optimise our online sales channels, drive customer engagement, and enhance our digital presence. If you have a keen eye for data, experience in ecommerce platforms, and a creative approach to online marketing, we'd love to hear from you! - Manage and optimise the company's ecommerce website and online sales channels to maximise conversions.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyse website performance and sales data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals across platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to enhance user experience and customer journey.
Key Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, including BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for website visuals and product content.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and improve online performance.
