As a member of the New Business team providing organisational, secretarial and administrative support to the New Business team and the wider Client Relationship Management Team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diary Management as appropriate for Segment Heads, to include
Arranging internal meetings
Arranging client meetings
Assisting marketing with client events where required
Document & project management for Segments, to include
Monitoring report deadlines and chasing where required
Collating and filing of reports
Production of reports
Production of action lists from relevant Segment and Sector meetings
Monitoring and following up on action lists and completion
Assist Segment Head(s) with expenses and budget management
Audio typing of reports and tender/proposal documents
Supporting the Head of Sales Enablement and the New Business team with InterAction and ongoing assistance with the IA Opportunities module and Dashboard
Supporting the Head of Sales Enablement, the New Business team and Segment Head(s) with ad hoc tasks including e.g. search of market information, production of PowerPoint presentations, awards tracker
Supporting with nominated Patron, Star and Rising Star client plans and relevant Steering Groups as directed by the Head of Sales Enablement
