Zachary Daniels are currently working closely with a leading property investment company is on the hunt for a talented individual to take charge of this company's email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns. Location: Liverpool City Centre - 3 days a week Office/ 2 wfh
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum + bonus with OTE of 50k/ 55k per annum

As a well-established and award-winning property investment company, they connect buy-to-let investors with the best opportunities on the market. This role is crucial in helping them drive engagement, build brand awareness, and boost revenue through targeted marketing efforts. You'll be working within a dynamic, creative marketing team where your skills will be valued and nurtured.

Your Role:

• Develop and execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing strategies.
• Create highly targeted, engaging campaigns using HubSpot CRM.
• Write compelling content with strong CTAs and brand consistency.
• Leverage AI tools for faster, high-quality content creation.
• Automate workflows for welcome sequences, lead nurturing, and retargeting.
• Run A/B testing to optimise performance and refine segmentation.
• Analyse campaign data, track key metrics, and report insights.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing regulations.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in email marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a knack for crafting compelling messages.
• Experience with AI-driven content creation and audience targeting.
• Ability to analyse data, interpret insights, and apply findings to campaign strategies.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Previous experience in the property investment or financial or legal services industry is a plus (but not essential).
