We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our most valued clients. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Understand client needs and business objectives, providing tailored solutions to enhance customer experience.

  • Monitor and analyse key account performance, ensuring targets are met.

  • Work closely with internal teams

  • Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, trends, and potential risks.

  • Maximise profitability and maintain long-term partnerships.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Managers preferably in the marine industry or manufacturing/engineering/logistics

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue growth.

  • Ability to analyse data and trends to inform decision-making.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
