Your new company A non-profit organisation based in Nottingham City Centre working closely with businesses across the city. Your new role As a Business Liaison Officer and Account Manager, you will be working closely with c.130 businesses to maintain relationships, build a sense of community, and ensure engagement with the business' activities, projects, and initiatives throughout the year. You will meet regularly with your clients across the retail sector as well as using the CRM system to diligently record meetings and interactions. This will be an active account management role where you are out and about in the community, networking with businesses and preparing and presenting information about activity across the business. You will be working to targets based around your engagements. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have:
A dynamic personality and the confidence to interact with various external stakeholders
Experience in customer service or sales
Experience using MS Office and a CRM system, ideally HubSpot
Experience in retail would be desirable.
Ability to work independently and prepare presentations and projects to deadline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A can-do attitude
Love for Nottingham!
Ability to work some weekends as business requires
