With over 20 years of industry expertise and a client base that includes major names such as Balfour Beatty, BAE, Network Rail, and the NHS, our client is driving a transformation in workplace health and safety. They are now expanding their technology offering internationally and are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to help accelerate their growth.

The Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in brand positioning and lead-generation activities to fuel the sales team s success. You will work closely with a content specialist and product manager to build engaging marketing strategies that strengthen the company s presence both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on lead generation performance.
  • Implement and optimise digital marketing activities, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Manage CRM systems (Salesforce and Pardot) to ensure GDPR compliance and effective audience segmentation.
  • Maintain and enhance website content, ensuring SEO performance and user engagement.
  • Oversee and optimise PPC advertising campaigns.
  • Create marketing collateral for campaigns and sales team support, working with outsourced graphic designers.
  • Contribute to PR strategies and media engagement.
  • Plan and manage traditional marketing activities such as print advertising and event marketing.
  • Lead marketing efforts around domestic and international exhibitions.
  • Manage and report on marketing budgets.
  • Support international distribution partners with region-specific marketing materials.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools and B2B social media marketing.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in CRM and audience segmentation management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and energetic with a results-driven mindset.
