A well-established automotive dealership in the Isle of Man is seeking an experienced and driven Transaction Manager to join their growing sales team in a leadership role.

This position offers an attractive OTE of up to 72k along with a range of benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive vehicle sales and profitability by overseeing finance and insurance product sales.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, encouraging dealership financing options.
• Monitor and enhance the performance of Sales Executives.
• Ensure all finance documentation is processed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and manage dealership finance records efficiently.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Sales Controller within a main dealership.
• Willingness to relocate to the Isle of Man.
