Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. A background in telemarketing or sales is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions that align with their needs.
Utilise software tools, including Hubspot, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales.
Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with software applications for managing customer relationships.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
