WHAT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE INCLUDES
As a Business Development/Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding our client s B2B business both locally and internationally. You will achieve this by executing strategic field and telesales initiatives. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, ranging from small health stores to large retailers.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES EXECUTIVE?
  • Develop and execute field/telesales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Implement a structured and organised approach to journey planning and sales calls.
  • Utilise both cold and warm leads effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within your designated region.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager and team members.
WHAT SKILLS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE?
  • Proven experience in field/telesales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised approach to planning and executing sales calls.
  • Experience in food supplement sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer solution skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Probing and fact-finding techniques to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to understand market trends and customer demands.
  • A valid driver s license.
