Gecko Homes, part of Southway Housing Trust, is looking for an experienced Sales & Shared Ownership Manager to lead our sales, aftercare, and shared ownership management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales performance, improve customer experience, and manage a growing shared ownership portfolio.

The Candidate

What you'll do:

Team Leadership- Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring sales and customer service targets are met.

  • Sales Management - Oversee shared ownership sales, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Aftercare & Customer Service- Ensure a seamless experience for shared owners from purchase to ongoing management.
  • Portfolio Oversight- Manage rent reviews, service charges, staircasing transactions, and compliance.
  • Financial & Compliance Management - Monitor budgets, contribute to development appraisals, and ensure regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in property sales and housing management, ideally within shared ownership.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to monitor and drive sales performance.
  • Knowledge of housing regulations, leasehold management, and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property management tools.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable.
