Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager - North Wales opportunity available with our client, an electro-mechanical engineering company who specialise in the installation of electric motors, pumps, and associated equipment. The opportunity is offering a salary of up to 60k, with a 12.5% bonus structure, company vehicle, and a range of other benefits.

This position will be a hybrid/remote role, working across the North Wales region, including areas such as Llandudno, Bangor, Caernarfon, Snowdonia, and Tywyn. The Area Sales Manager will be selling both installation and ongoing servicing/maintenance projects and contracts into M&E contractors and distributors from the commercial and industrial sectors, including government/healthcare, FM, food/beverage, utilities, mining, power, and marine.

Our client is currently part of a global HVAC manufacturer who are a market-leader in the production and distribution of a range of pumps for use within a number of sectors including domestic & commercial building services, water utilities, water management, and industrial uses.

Area Sales Manager - North Wales Job Requirements

• Strong engineering sales background, ideally from the commercial and industrial sector
• Pumps/Motors experience desirable, but not essential
• Based within North Wales
• Currently hold a full UK driving licence

• Salary 50,000 - 60,000, negotiable depending on experience
• 5% bonus structure, based on personal and company performance
