We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Lister / Manager for well-established Independent agent in Birmingham city centre.
We are seeking an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agent
The successful Sales Lister / Manager will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings in the area.
You MUST have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Key objectives:
Manage and coach sales negotiators
Attend valuations and list properties
Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors
Arrange and agree sales Canvass for new business opportunities
Maximise cross sales opportunities to the mortgage adviser and recommended solicitor
The Sales Manager / Valuer must Have:
A Proven background in estate agency
A Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience of managing a sales team
Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
Previous experience with estate agency software
