What you ll be doing as an Account Manager:

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients in the Engineering & Manufacturing space.
• Understanding client needs inside and out, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that make a real impact.
• Collaborating with our top-tier recruitment consultants to match the best talent to the right opportunities.
• Smashing targets and exceeding expectations with your proactive approach.
• Providing outstanding service that keeps clients coming back for more.

What we re looking for:

• Experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, account management or any phone-based role.
• A natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive go-getter with a hunger for success and results.
