Aerona (Air & Sea) Customs Clearing Agents Ltd is a leading Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding company dedicated to helping businesses and individuals import and export goods efficiently from and to anywhere in the world. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Part-Time Telesales Representatives to join our growing team in Oldham.

The Roll

As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in following up with existing leads and customers, and generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, introducing them to our services, and building long-term relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident, outgoing, and eager to work in sales and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our services.
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture client relationships.
• Manage and update customer information in our CRM system (GenieAI).
• Provide information on customs clearance services tailored to client needs.
• Handle objections professionally and work towards closing sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
• Contribute to Health & Safety duties.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

What We re Looking For

• Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year), preferably in a telesales or call centre role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary and prioritise tasks.
• IT proficiency, including the ability to learn CRM systems (training provided).
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn about the logistics industry.
