Account Manager

This role will be ideal for someone looking to develop their skill set within Account Management. An ideal candidate would have the following experience but given this is a development role some gaps are expected.

- Experience in logistics & supply chain operations

- Direct first-hand experience of dealing with clients

- Working in an environment where performance targets must be met

- Experience of responding to problems, determining causes, developing improvement

- Commercial and operational background would be of advantage

- Experience of developing relationships with clients

- Customer focused with determination to deliver positive outcomes for the client

- Empathetic and persuasive person

- Pragmatic and quick to respond to challenges

- Enthusiastic to create change

- Goal driven and focused

- Analytical and numerate with an ability to analyse data and problem solve

- Ability to think commercially

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ideally the candidate would be educated or able to perform to degree level
