About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Media Sales Account Manager to join their expanding team and drive new business opportunities. You will need an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring an active and growing pipeline while forging long-term relationships with local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities across Sussex.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Deliver tailored multimedia campaigns to meet client needs.
Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPI-driven sales activity.
Effectively forecast and track sales performance.
Work closely with the Commercial Manager to drive business growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Media sales experience is essential, preferably in Radio.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong listening and needs-analysis skills.
Excellent organisational skills to maximise productivity.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Skilled at networking and building long-term client relationships.
Ability to manage a mix of account management and new business development (with a heavy focus on new business).
