Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic (DOE) + Commission (£5,000 - £8,000 within the first 12 months, top performers earning an additional £1,000-£2,000 per month)

About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Media Sales Account Manager to join their expanding team and drive new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a resilient, ambitious, and target-driven professional who thrives on uncovering client needs and delivering creative-led sales solutions. You will need an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring an active and growing pipeline while forging long-term relationships with local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Sussex.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver tailored multimedia campaigns to meet client needs.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPI-driven sales activity.
  • Effectively forecast and track sales performance.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to drive business growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Media sales experience is essential, preferably in Radio.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong listening and needs-analysis skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills to maximise productivity.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Skilled at networking and building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to manage a mix of account management and new business development (with a heavy focus on new business).
