As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for our forks and attachments. Develop and implement strategies to target and acquire new business.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication, presentations, and meetings. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Utilise our Sales system tools to manage sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities and performance.
  • Research and structured outbound cold calling: As part of the sales process, researching and understanding the customer is an integral part of the job allowing you to upsell and offer our services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn unlimited commission.
