The team and I here at Albion Rye Associates are currently partnered with a boutique market research agency specialising in brand advertising in the tech & media sector. This role would really suit a confident and driven Sales Executive with a customer facing background and experince with administration and market research looking to progress in their career!

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team. Helping successfully manage inbound orders.
  • Helping and occasionally supporting other teams
  • Completing ad-hoc sales tasks required for the team. This could be managing administration associated with projects from a sales perspective, logging sales, orders and scoping projects
  • Liaising with external clients/internal teams and providing updates where necessary.
  • Frequent communication across their different teams within the business; such as Sales, Research, Engineering & Operations

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' sales administration experience
  • An interest to grow and develop within the sales, sales operations/support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external communications. You will be expected to liaise with end users, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are briefed and delivered successfully
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in an exciting and fast based industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external communications. You will be expected to liaise with clients, end users and clearly articulate project requirements
  • A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel and a good understanding of numbers
  • Knowledge of Google Workplace would be an advantage
