Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships to drive growth and retention.
Develop and deliver training on platform tools and resources.
Ensure compliance while supporting advisers in their transition.
What We re Looking For
Proven experience in IFA recruitment, business development, or platform support.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and outreach skills.
Knowledge of UK financial regulations and the IFA landscape.
