Role Overview

As Client Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client acquisition strategies. Client Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive client acquisition programmes across multiple practice areas, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives through market analysis and trend identification
• Manage complex tender and pitch processes, ensuring high-quality submissions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Oversee pipeline management and strategic decision-making processes
• Drive business growth through existing client base development and new client acquisition

Client Development Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or client service roles, preferably within professional services
• Proven track record in B2B and B2C business development activities
• Demonstrated success in managing business pitches and tender submissions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information confidently
• Strong analytical capabilities and independent decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in professional services sector highly desirable
