We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a sheet metal and steel fabrication company in Worthing. You will work with the general manager to drive new business, develop client relationships, and promote the company's services. A minimum of three years' experience in the sheet metal industry is required.

Responsibilities:
Work with the general manager to identify and bring in new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the sheet metal and steel fabrication industry.
Promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
Assist in the growth and expansion of the business.
Perform other related tasks as required by the role.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in sheet metal industry (required).
Previous experience in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry (essential).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
