Key Responsibilities The Sales Manager/Business Development Lead's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Sales Leadership and Strategy: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies, including prospecting, client meetings, and sales presentations. Set and drive revenue targets and sales KPIs for the team. Expand the company's presence in existing markets and explore new verticals for growth. Sales Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the sales team to ensure performance targets are met. Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales environment, providing training and support for career development. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership and the board to align business development strategies with the company's broader objectives. Contribute to strategic planning and ensure alignment with company goals.
