What We're Looking For: - Minimum of 1 year's experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to extract key insights and drive performance.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and the team.
- A passion for staying ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends and ad features.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and optimise paid social campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI.
- Produce performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in paid social advertising to ensure campaigns are innovative and impactful.
