Job Title : Operations Manager

Reporting to : Operations Lead

Hours Per Week : 37.5 Hours

Salary : Competitive

Main purpose of role: To drive performance, motivation, and efficiency within the Operations Executive team, ensuring first-class support to teams and clients, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Account, Operations team, and business.

  • Propose and implement new processes for efficiency.

  • Leverage personal experience and best practices to excel in the field.

Leadership

  • Lead and coach the team to deliver timely, efficient services.

  • Set and implement challenging and motivating annual objectives.

  • Ensure team alignment with client and business strategies.

  • Develop and train team members to enhance motivation and performance.

  • Maintain clear Development Plans aligned with KPIs.

  • Fill vacancies promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

  • Conduct regular team and one-on-one meetings to drive performance.

Technical

  • Configure and support field execution apps.

  • Provide first-line software support and validate system updates.

  • Ensure accurate call and territory management.

Data Management/ Insight/ Reporting

  • Complete daily data downloads and manage product/store data.

  • Collaborate with the Insight team for accurate reporting.

  • Produce relevant client reports and support presentation builds.

Communications

  • Act as the first point of contact for client operational queries.

  • Manage client operational requirements and attend relevant meetings.

  • Communicate group values and ensure best practices are shared.

Compliance

  • Ensure that all Operations Executives complete mandatory training courses via our learning management system.

New Business

  • Support as appropriate with New Business projects.

Other Requirements

  • Conduct field visits and attend meetings quarterly.

  • Adhere to Health & Safety Regulations and GDPR policies.

  • Take personal responsibility for professional development.
