The Role:

As the Southern-based Area Sales Manager, you ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing sales within the motor and CV factor market.
  • Building strong relationships with existing accounts and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
  • Developing and implementing a sales plan to exceed targets.
  • Providing expert advice and solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities.

About You:

We re looking for someone with:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle parts sector.
  • Ideally, you will have existing relationships and sold into CV factors and distributors and understand UK buying groups. However, a CV factor/distributor background will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South of England.
