Description:

A global retail design agency with a strong presence in the UK, USA, and Poland is looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This organisation combines creativity with practicality, delivering end-to-end services from strategy and design to production and deployment. Specialising in creating stores, exhibitions, shop-in-shops, integrated multi-channel campaigns, and point-of-sale materials, the company partners with globally recognised brands to deliver exceptional retail solutions.

This is a pivotal role where you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, manage internal teams, and oversee the profitable execution of projects. You will also play a key role in expanding both existing and new business accounts. A passion for retail design and an understanding of how physical retail environments impact consumer engagement and brand experiences is essential.

  • Salary £30,000 - £35,000
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
  • Hybrid working 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (3 days to be taken at Christmas), additional days given for years of service
  • Pension scheme 5% matched contribution


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee seamless project delivery
  • Handle a portfolio of fast-paced projects, ensuring high standards across all outputs
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient internal and external account management
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain profit margins
  • Oversee projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Serve as a brand and market expert, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Conduct and lead meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time while fostering strong client relationships
  • Manage administrative tasks, including invoicing and sales performance reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively


Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, client servicing, or account management, ideally within an agency environment
  • Proven track record of delivering retail design projects that enhance consumer engagement and brand experiences
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional team management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Eye for detail with a passion for delivering high-quality outputs
  • Experience in retail, category management, or client account management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with 3D built environments, POS, and manufacturing processes is advantageous
