Job Description: We are seeking a Senior ETM Consultant with extensive Salesforce experience to lead and support Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) and Sales Planning implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end ticket delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support ETM and Sales Planning implementations.
Develop and maintain high-quality solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and groom tickets for delivery.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tickets, taking full ownership of the process.
Provide support during client interactions and interviews.
Be available during partial morning hours to coordinate with offshore teams as needed.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
Requirements:
6+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Apex, LWC, and Integrations.
Strong expertise in Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) and Sales Planning, demonstrated in the last two projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to take initiative and responsibility for ticket management from definition to delivery.
Willingness to participate in client interviews.
Availability during partial morning hours for offshore coordination.
