Location: Leatherhead
Salary: Up to 30,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to confirm orders
  • Communicate with leasing company partners (via phone, email, and online platforms)
  • Process new car orders (from quote to delivery)
  • Order vehicles using the manufacturer's system
  • Manage internal dealer management systems for vehicle stocking, orders, and invoicing
  • Book vehicles for pre-delivery inspection
  • Handle vehicle registration, invoicing, and handover paperwork
  • Complete weekly status reports
  • Maintain high service levels in line with company guidelines
  • Ensure timely invoice pay-outs by processing delivery paperwork


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the car dealership/motor trade is essential
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
  • Self-driven and capable of minimal supervision
