ROLE OBJECTIVE:

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the Sales Administration department, playing a vital role in the overall success of the company through effective communication. The selected candidate will lead and inspire a dynamic sales admin team, ensuring the seamless management of sales processes, boosting sales performance, and strengthening customer relationships. This role requires quick thinking and adaptability, with a solid foundation in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily functions of the sales office to maintain a productive and efficient workflow.

- Inspire, manage, and support a team of sales administration personnel to meet sales targets and align with company goals.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, promptly addressing their needs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with various departments, including field sales, finance, and logistics, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations.

- Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

- Manage Month-End Processes, ensuring accurate costing of deals, compliance with profit-sharing, and confirmation of payment and delivery.

- Coordinate the ordering of new machinery from manufacturers, update specifications as needed, and manage both new and used stock allocations.

Essential Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in a telesales management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment.

- Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and guiding a team.

- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and ADP/SAP systems.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for informed decision-making.

- A customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
