Role Overview
As a key member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process to successful exchange. This dynamic position involves working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
Progress property sales through to exchange within agreed timescales.
Communicate effectively with estate agents, customers, and conveyancers on a daily basis.
Resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure a high level of service throughout the sales journey.
Collaborate with the sales team to overcome challenges and maintain momentum in the sales pipeline.
