We re seeking a dynamic, service-driven Sales Manager to support the Head of Africa Travel Design in driving the growth of the Africa Sales Team. This role focuses on performance, leadership, and empowering the team to excel in a supportive environment. Who You Are:
Experienced leader/manager in travel or luxury sales.
Strong communicator with proven CRM and performance monitoring skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on booking trends and metrics.
Passionate about Africa travel, with personal experience in the region.

What You ll Do:
Create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
Facilitate coaching and training to empower team members.
Analyse data, maximise conversions and revenue.
Support team members with any challenges and resolving issues.
Lead sales training, 1-2-1s, and call coaching.
Provide escalation support and ensure smooth booking processes.
