Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
Deliver a seamless and positive experience for customers throughout the sales journey
Use your experience to drive sales, close deals, and maintain a productive sales floor
Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and enhance customer engagement

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in an Automotive Sales Manager role is essential
Proven ability to close sales and build customer relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
Professional, presentable, and motivated to achieve results
