Location: Stanmore, London

Salary: 27,000- 32,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE)

Hours of Work:

• Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
• Alternate weekends (reduced hours)

Work Environment: Fully on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer leads promptly and professionally.
• Booking in visits and conducting vehicle presentations to potential buyers.
• Closing deals and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Following up with leads and potential buyers to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Actively seeking and generating Google reviews to enhance the company's online presence.
• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ramping up sales activity to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Utilising SAP systems for efficient sales tracking and management.
• Advising customers on finance and additional services, such as insurance and accessories.
• Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• A proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
• Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A loyal, high-integrity professional who values confidentiality.
• A positive, resilient attitude with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure, be resilient and optimistic, and have strong salesmanship skills.
