Marketing Administrator

Join our team as a Marketing Administrator on a 12 month FTC with possibility of extending further and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including scheduling, coordinating materials, and tracking deadlines.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Assist with market research, gathering data on competitors and industry trends to support strategic planning.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance metrics and assist in analysing results.
• Coordinate events and promotional activities, liaising with vendors and stakeholders as needed.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
