As Creative Strategist, you'll lead and inspire a team to develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. From brand awareness to driving conversions, you'll oversee every aspect of campaign creation, including content strategy, social media management, SEO, and more. You'll work closely with clients to deliver the most effective solutions, ensuring measurable growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in creating and executing innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms.
• Design and implement purpose-driven campaigns aimed at achieving both immediate and long-term client goals.
• Oversee social media engagement, content creation, and community management to strengthen brand presence.
• Drive high-quality lead generation through SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and outreach.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and boost client ROI.
• Develop and manage outreach campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

• A background in eCommerce or marketing agencies, with proven experience in leading successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, lead generation, and SEO strategies.
• Experienced in web development projects, including eCommerce sites and landing page optimisation.
• A creative, strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term brand growth.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, maintaining brand voice and consistency.
• Data-driven, with the ability to analyse metrics and optimise strategies based on performance.
