Our client is looking for an experienced Fostering Recruitment Marketing Officer.

Recruiting to the post of Fostering Recruitment Officer, experience of marketing including social media and digital campaigns is essential.

To be clear we are looking for a marketing professional with experience and knowledge of children s services rather than a recruiter (as in someone that fills jobs) - though many of the skills needed in recruitment will be useful as the postholder will be speaking to potential foster carers and answering enquiries.

Overall purpose/aim of the postholder will be to plan and coordinate marketing, promotional and recruitment campaigns and other activities that lead to the successful recruitment of foster carers within LB Newham.

Postholder will need to work with a degree of autonomy toward targets.
