Key Responsibilities
Achieve agreed annual sales targets by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities within the UK and internationally to enhance the company s market position.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of key industries to provide tailored solutions.
Lead the end-to-end account management process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to project delivery.
Use data and insights to inform sales strategies and optimise client outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing its reputation as a market leader.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service excellence.
What We re Looking For!
At least two years of experience in a similar account management or sales role, ideally within events or hospitality.
An outgoing, confident and professional sales person, with the ability to keep rapport up in all circumstances.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering results.
Self-motivated, and competitive, with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience negotiating contracts and delivering client solutions at a senior level.
