The Job

• Coach, mentor, and empower team members to reach their full potential.
• Set clear targets, track performance, and celebrate wins.
• Build strong partnerships with the Estimating and Operational teams.
• Identify training needs, develop skills, and share best practices.
• Leverage CRM insights to optimise performance and manage escalations.
• Step in during absences and lead by example on sales and admin tasks.

What You ll Need

• Experience managing telephone-based internal sales teams is essential.
• A background in construction, building services, or technical industries is beneficial.
• Skilled at motivating and mentoring sales people to excel.
• Build trust and relationships with ease.
• Understand sales performance metrics and CRM tools.
• Deliver exceptional service with top-notch negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office particularly Excel.
