Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Client Success Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing and growing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth through exceptional account management, and ensuring the seamless delivery of successful campaigns. Client Success Manager - About the Role: Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving measurable success? As a Client Success Manager at POLARIS, you ll play a pivotal role in handling new business inquiries, nurturing prospects, and converting them into loyal clients. You ll manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring they achieve success with their campaigns and see a measurable return on investment. Drawing on your consultative sales and account management expertise, you will build and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth.
