This role will be a mix of field based working, home working and the occasional head office visit. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Sales and Customer, the Regional Sales Account Managers will manage a diverse customer portfolio of salons and professional stylists. Day-to-day activities will vary based on the needs of your region, focusing on building strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the product range. You will be responsible for driving customer loyalty through exceptional service, ensuring that customers feel supported and motivated to grow their businesses with the products. As the key point of contact for accounts in your region, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and fostering lasting partnerships.
