The Role As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary goal will be to proactively grow the sales of Learning Tree products and services to new clients and those who have not used our services for over two years. You will position Learning Tree as the provider of choice across all four of our practice areas: IT Skills, Leadership & Management, Risk & Compliance and Process & Methodology. This will predominantly be managed by responding to marketing-generated leads but will also involve personal prospecting and outreach, so resilience is essential as you ll deliver a high-volume of activities daily, using an optimum blend of all available outreach methods You will grow our client base targeting new logo clients who we can grow into larger regular spending accounts. You ll support the targeted growth of our open course schedule; help drive retention of clients and collaborate with colleagues to develop enterprise-level activity and ensure a high level of service to our customers. What You Will Bring • Sales/Account Management experience You ll be highly productive, resilient and laser focussed on delivering suitable client solutions. You might have experience in customer success, account management or new business prospecting but you will definitely be someone who thrives in a target driven sales environment. The Package • Salary for the Inside Sales Executive role is £30K to £32K. OTC in year one will be up to £20K but this is uncapped.
